Exposici\u00f3n antol\u00f3gica del artista en conmemoraci\u00f3n del 150 Aniversario del nacimiento de Mariano Fortuny y Madrazo en Granada.<\/p>\n

Presenta un recorrido transversal por su vida y su obra dedicada a su faceta como pintor, escen\u00f3grafo, fot\u00f3grafo, dise\u00f1ador de moda, dise\u00f1ador textil e inventor. Un artista que mantuvo un pulso creativo constante haciendo de la experimentaci\u00f3n y la invenci\u00f3n su motor de trabajo.<\/p>\n

Heredero de una de las familias art\u00edsticas m\u00e1s importantes de la segunda mitad del XIX, Mariano Fortuny Madrazo orientar\u00e1 su formaci\u00f3n en la tradici\u00f3n cl\u00e1sica para superarla en un camino de b\u00fasqueda y fascinaci\u00f3n por la renovaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y la belleza. Sus creaciones ser\u00e1n obras de arte totales, independientemente de que se formalicen en telas, vestuario, l\u00e1mparas, fotograf\u00edas, grabados, pinturas o escenograf\u00edas. Un artista, heredero de la tradici\u00f3n del movimiento Arts and Crafts, que crear\u00e1 e innovar\u00e1 al margen de las vanguardias hist\u00f3ricas.<\/p>\n

En esta exposici\u00f3n se exhiben obras de su padre, Mariano Fortuny y Marsal del propio artista, Mariano Fortuny Madrazo y su mujer Henriette Nigrin, de su t\u00edo Ricardo de Madrazo, de su abuelo Federico de Madrazo junto a otras del contexto art\u00edstico y cultural en el que transcurri\u00f3 su vida, as\u00ed como objetos personales y piezas de sus colecciones (vestimentas y telas orientales) y audiovisuales y elementos del patrimonio art\u00edstico hispanomusulm\u00e1n en el que se inspiraron muchos de sus dise\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

La exposici\u00f3n re\u00fane m\u00e1s de 300 obras entre pinturas, dibujos, acuarelas, grabados, vestuario, telas, fotograf\u00edas, dise\u00f1os escenogr\u00e1ficos, dise\u00f1os de objetos, dise\u00f1os textiles, dise\u00f1os gr\u00e1ficos, patentes de inventos registrados y filmaciones que ofrecen un amplio panorama del car\u00e1cter multidisciplinar de un creador que es a la vez artista, dise\u00f1ador, ingeniero, inventor y empresario, que busca inspiraci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la interpretaci\u00f3n de modelos hist\u00f3ricos actualizados procedentes de las obras que coleccion\u00f3 y de los viajes que realiz\u00f3 as\u00ed como de sus propias investigaciones en el campo de las t\u00e9cnicas de estampaci\u00f3n textil. Se distribuyen en un espacio de m\u00e1s de 700 metros cuadrados en el centro Cultural CajaGranada obra del prestigioso arquitecto Alberto Campo Baeza, Premio Nacional de Arquitectura 2020.<\/p>\n
